Mike’s inspection was very detailed. Even though it was a new build he noticed things that were not up to standard and needed to be fixed. His report was very detailed, letting us know what the builder should fix right away. Also gave very good information on how to maintain the filters, hot water tank, etc.

I'll be honest, I initially looked at another home inspector because I was skeptical about Mike's 120 five star ratings with nothing bad to be said. We ended up going with Mike in the end regardless of my skepticism. I can now say without a shadow of doubt that Mike's home inspection is second to none. He arrived a bit earlier and started to do the inspection. I encourage everyone to arrive as early as him so you start doing the inspection with him, and as it goes, he explains many, many things. I highly recommend Mike Heeley for home inspections. Not only is he professional and courteous, he really goes the distance you need to ensure your house is properly inspected. And he tries his hardest to inspect everything to a T, due to his great inspection skills and capabilities, he had unveiled a long list of things that I suspect the owner as well as the agent was attempting to cover up. He was able to detect fungus, mice, termites, and foundation issues etc. amongst other things. I am super grateful for his service and will definitely use him again in the future.
