We are located in Guelph Ontario and work in surrounding areas such as Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, London, Milton, Brampton, and Oakville. We specialize in private inspections for real estate transactions and Tarion warranties. A Heeley Home Inspection provides you with the information you need about the condition of a home’s major systems and components. This information is essential in making one of the largest investment decisions of your life. Our inspections are a thorough visual examination and assessment of the accessible defects and deficiencies of the home on the day of the inspection. The inspection will be completed to the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice.

Comprehensive Report
We provide you with a detailed report on the condition of the homes systems such as: Structure, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & AC, Interior, Exterior, Roof, Insulation and Safety concerns. At the end of the Inspection our inspector will review the major deficiencies of the home and answer any questions you may have regarding the report. Within 24 hours we will email you a detailed and comprehensive report of our findings.
Thermal Imaging
Everything in our environment emits heats. A thermal camera is able to detect this heat and create a thermal image based on that information. Temperature differential can assist with detection of problems related to moisture infiltration and plumbing leaks. It can also be used to find hidden heating and cooling losses due to inadequate or missing insulation. Early correction of these conditions may reduce the amount of damage caused and the associated repair costs.
Our basic inspection package includes an infrared scan of basement foundation walls. A more extensive thermal scan of each room, including attic (if accessible), roof, walls, floors, foundation and ceilings is available at an additional cost.
